Buffalo Cricket Academy

The Buffalo Cricket Academy offers the most talented and committed players the opportunity to work alongside expert coaches to develop their skills to the next level. The academy programme focuses on developing technical, psychological and physiological aspects of elite performance to improve the players all-round game.

The programme is based around 5 sessions of 2 hours each where the players get the chance to work with current Sussex CCC Professionals to improve all aspects of their cricket. The programme includes detailed analysis of both technical and lifestyle factors that can affect the player and where necessary feedback is provided to ensure the player best develops in the future!

More importantly, the player leaves with a better understanding of their game and are in a better position to be successful in the future.
